Dr. Angelique Trask Tate is a licensed psychologist in the state of Texas. She has a master’s degree in Clinical/Counseling Psychology and completed her doctoral degree in School Psychology. Dr. Tate has worked with patients presenting with a variety of issues and ranging in age from early childhood to adulthood. Her research interests and past publications have focused on factors promoting resilience among African American adolescents, parental and teacher support, and academic expectations. Dr. Tate enjoys working with patients and their families to improve their functioning and quality of life through the use of evidenced-based, culturally sensitive interventions.

Elder Clifton C Tate Sr., a native of Jeanerette, LA, is a Vietnam Veteran and a graduate of Southern University (BR). Elder Tate received his theological training from the Charles Harrison Mason System of Bible Colleges in Lafayette, LA and was ordained as an elder in the Church of God in Christ in 2006.

Elder Tate holds regular church service at Bethlehem Church of God in Christ in Patterson, LA.

Cherise Collins Roman is a Provisional Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Provisional Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Louisiana with over 15 years of practical experience. Cherise is currently a Psychotherapist with the Miiboso Consultants, LLC of Baton Rouge, LA and a Functional Family Therapist-Child Welfare therapist at Options for Independence in Houma, LA.

Cherise has been married for 18 years and as an "open book" type of person, she allows her interesting journey through dating and marriage to inspire others. Cherise aspires to continue strengthening families through philanthropy, media such as books and film, and community and civic-based partnerships.
